Not Included in Retainer Hours
The following items fall outside the retainer scope and will be quoted and invoiced separately prior to execution:
- Third-party costs (stock images, printing, advertising spend, software licences)
- Photography or videography shoots
- Large-scale website development or coding
- Services agreed to be quoted separately
- Rush work outside 08:00–17:00 Mon–Fri (25% surcharge applies)
